Overall, this is in good vintage shape and it retains the knoll label. Additionally, this is a vintage piece from the 1960's so understand that there is age appropriate wear. However, there are no major scratches in the wood and the base is quite clean.

Local pick up or buyer is to arrange transportation via plycon or any other delivery service. Note the base alone weighs around 200+lbs.

Look very carefully at all the pictures before placing a bid.

Overall, the condition of these chairs is good. The chrome remains shiny for their age, however, they could use a decent polish. Additionally, the fabric looks to be in good condition with no major tears or stains to report. Lastly, there is a label on one of the chairs and the foam is in good shape. Please note that these are listed locally on craigslist and this auction may end at anytime. Saarinen Executive Armchair with Metal Legs

The design of Eero Saarinen's Executive Armchair (1950) began more than a decade earlier, when he and Charles Eames submitted several designs to the Organic Design in Home Furnishings competition at the MoMA. These fluid, sculptural shapes influenced the future work of both men; for Saarinen, most notably in his Womb, Tulip and Executive chairs. The Executive was originally made of fiberglass but was later updated in polyurethane. The molded shell flexes slightly with the sitter and the contoured plywood seat supported by metal or wood legs. Unlike Saarinen's furniture, which was consistently sculptural in form, these fluid lines didn't appear in his architecture until the 1950s.

Set of 6 Eames DCM (EC-127) chairs

Set of 6 Eames chairs. They are actually model EC-127, which are the upholstered versions of the DCM chairs. These were made in the 70s. They need some work and have some cosmetic issues that could use attention, which is why they're so cheap. They are nice and sturdy. The upholstery is brown Alexander Girard hopsack with off white piping. Note that there are 5 in the picture, but there is a 6th that is not pictured.
