Herman Miller Lamp
Vintage Herman Miller desk/table lamp. It is labeled Model Nº G6310. It has a dim/bright/off switch and it is in excellent condition. Please note that these are rare to find intact, in that, the lamp shade is usually missing.

I believe one of the reason these are so rare they were recalled by HMI and discounted.
